Hello everyone!   

It has been a very busy few weeks on our end, here is a little update on where we are at and what to expect. The majority of orders have already shipped, however we definitely have had a few bumps in the road still. Nothing major, it has just slowed things down a little bit.

Signed Tarot Decks

When we sent the pallet of signed tarot decks down to our fulfillment center, it was supposed to take 3 days. Customs ended up holding on to the pallet for nearly 3 weeks. Thankfully, this has been sorted as of last week and we expect the signed decks to arrive to the fulfillment center on December 21st. 

This pallet also has a few prints that were initially meant to ship from Canada and had to be relocated. 

It will take up to 3 business days for the center to process the arrival of our inventory and then those orders will be ready to ship out. 

Orders are going out little by little

We encountered some issues with payments due to daily card limits and not being able to split up payments, and therefore have had to trickle the orders out little by little. We have been sending what we can and orders are going out every day. We just weren’t able to batch process all the orders at once the way we wanted to. Bare with us, they’re on their way out, some are just taking a little longer to go out because of this.

Address Changes

If you need to change your address and your order HAS NOT shipped yet, you can still do so, but make sure to email us right away with the subject as “ADDRESS CHANGE” as orders are actively going out and once it has left the facility, there is nothing we can do to change the address. 

Order Issues

Although most orders seem to be arriving in perfect condition, if your order arrives damaged, or if there is a manufacturing flaw (we have literally only seen one so far but it does happen), please make sure you reach out to [email protected] so we can get you sorted. Please include photos when you email us about it!
