A lot of you were asking for a better visual of what the gold editions will look like! So I've mocked up a few cards to give you an idea. I hope this is helpful! I am also re-uploading the video of the gilded edges below as that is the actual foil we will be using and I thought having the mock-ups side by side with the actual foil might help you envision the final decks :)

Hi there!
I'm ready to share the queens in colour!! I had a few people also asking for a way to distinguish between red and black suites, I had been trying to come up with a way for a while now but couldn't seem to think of anything that wouldn't change the cards too much. With some ideas from some backers we have finally found a way! (Thank you Ari for the idea) You'll notice the pips on the black suite are now an outline - a subtle change that will make playing card games a whole lot easier :)

We are officially halfway through the campaign and WOW! We are just racing through these stretch goals!! You guys are blowing me away with the incredible support and all the amazing feedback.
Today we have unlocked the POCKET EDITION of the Octopus Tarot!
This is a miniature version of the Octopus Tarot. The cards measure 1.75" x 3" and come in a tuck box.
These will ONLY come in Holographic Edition - which means they will be gilded holographic (the edges of the cards) and with details on the fronts and backs of the cards in the same way it is on the original deck.
The tuck box will also have holographic stamping.
I made some mock-ups to give you an idea on scale;
** the pocket deck does NOT come with a guidebook - it is the cards ONLY **
The Pocket Edition is available as an add-on and as a reward tier.

Alright! The colour court card stretch goal is UNLOCKED for the PLAYING CARDS.... How exciting!! I have been hard at work starting to colour these for you! So let me present you the Jacks;
I'm keeping the colours more or less monochromatic and with muted tones so that the vibe of the deck over-all doesn't stray too far off what it already is and the holographic or gold components compliment the colours nicely.
The colours of each suite will be carried over to the other court cards to tie them together.
What do you think of the Jacks?
I do have more stretch goals I'll announce soon, but as we have just been flying through these stretch goals I'm going to make sure I'm all caught up over the next few days before announcing what's next.
For those of you who have reached out about wanting coloured cards for the tarot - the reason it isn't a stretch goal is because I'm actually planning on making an entirely coloured version of the tarot deck separate from the current version . I do apologize that this means it will not be a part of this campaign as it is a lot of extra work that just isn't feasible in this time frame, but I did want you to know that I hear you, and it will eventually be available.
I promise it will be worth the wait.
