We plan to wait until closer to fulfillment to enter & charge you for physical items purchased on the pre-order store to get the most accurate/fair fulfillment prices. We will update backers after entering those shipping prices & before we charge you in BackerKit.

Just a little update to let you know everything is running smoothly!

Hey everyone! 


I know it has been a while since I posted an update so I just wanted to let you all know we are hard at work on our end! Everything is currently still in production, I will be posting updates as I receive them from my manufacturers. 


If you have not filled out your survey yet - please do so soon!

I finally have all the information I need to set up the shipping calculator, so I'll be setting that up within the next week. You'll receive an update via email when that has been set up so you can see the rates before we charge you :)

If you have questions about your survey or anything else, please send them as a DM. It's the best place to get ahold of me. I don't always see every comment, but I do make sure every DM gets read. 


I did get some additional help to answer messages since it was getting to be a lot to handle it all myself and I want to provide the best customer service I can, so queries sent there get handled a lot faster as well than the comment section since there's an additional person checking those! 


Technical issues with payments are best directed at BackerKit via the "Need Help" button on your survey.

Survey Issues should be RESOLVED!

Hello!


I deeply apologize for the inconvenience with the survey malfunctions yesterday and today. 

BackerKit has informed me that the bug with the credit card and address page should be resolved now. 


You do not need an account to fill out your survey. It should be working normally now.


If you have NOT received your survey, I'll be sending out some emails about it soon - it looks like some of your surveys bounced and weren't received so I'll be sorting that out ASAP. 


If you have messaged or left a comment with a question, please be patient, I'm doing my best to get back to everyone, I should get back to you later this evening. 


If you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out and let me know! Response times are a little delayed at this time due to the influx of inquiries I have received but I will get back to you as soon as I can and try to help you resolve any issues you are experiencing. 


Thank you all so much for being understanding and patient, I know this kind of thing can be frustrating and I really do understand your frustration, you have every right to be upset.


A few people seem to be struggling with selecting separate holographic and gold options on their cards so BackerKit is still investigating that as it looks like it should be properly set up for that. This should be resolved soon. If anyone has been able to properly select their gold/holographic option with multiple deck pledges, please let me know so I can know if this is a bug everyone is experiencing or only some. 


Again thanks for your patience, I have no idea what caused the bug, system errors can be really difficult to predict and I had no way of anticipating this as everything seemed like it was running smoothly. 


Also - if your initial pledge tier was under $38 but over $38 with add-ons - you WILL receive all 4 stickers! The system didn't have a way of adding them on based on total price and I just wanted to give people who did pledge under $38 the ability to choose their sticker. 


When reaching out, I ask that you please remember that I am an individual, not a big team of people or corporation. This is my first Kickstarter - as a lot of you know - and it's my first time navigating such a large project. I'm an artist, everything I know about running a business comes from learning through experience and doing as much research as I can on the topic. I'm still growing and learning. I promise you I am putting 100% into this and doing everything I possibly can to bring you the best I can. 


If you could be kind when expressing your struggles and frustration, it makes it a lot easier on me to try and help you to the best of my ability.

SURVEY ISSUES

Hey everyone! 


I've received quite a few messages about people struggling with their address and payment information on BackerKit. 


I am so sorry for the inconvenience - I ran a test by sending out 5% of the surveys and we didn't have any issues with those. I'll be in touch with BackerKit first thing tomorrow when they're back in office to try and resolve this ASAP!


There is a "need help" button on your surveys too where you can send BackerKit a message directly about it as well - they know the back-end of the system a lot better than I do and should be able to resolve this.

First off, I am seriously celebrating a very successful campaign and I want to say THANK YOU and YOU ARE AMAZING for being a part of this! I am SO excited to get all of these decks into your hands. 


I appreciate your patience as I have been sorting out details on the back-end. I have been getting everything set-up for you as quickly as possible. 


Here is some important info regarding a few post-campaign details. If you have any further questions, I will be glad to answer them.


Surveys & Pre-Orders

If your payment was processed - you will start receiving BackerKit surveys in your emails shortly after this update has been posted. This survey will allow you to select variants on anything that has options (Gold vs. Holographic Editions on the cards, prints, originals, etc). 

I am sending out 5% of surveys right away to make sure everything looks good before sending them off to everyone, so don't worry if you don't receive one right away! This is just to make sure everything rolls out smoothly. 

Pre-Orders are also now OPEN. These will close closer to when I am ready to ship. Please note that Pre-Orders do NOT include all the bonuses that came with the campaign (so if you want stickers, tarot pouches, etc, they must be purchased separately).

Gold decks of both, the Tarot and Playing Cards, are limited. The only ones available via pre-order are the extras I'm printing based on campaign pledges, once they are all gone, this version will not be available again. 


Shipping

Your shipping address will be collected in the survey. Shipping costs aren't being collected until closer to the actual shipping of the products. Please be patient with me on this, I still need a lot of the physical items in hand so I can weigh them to calculate shipping correctly, so that you don't get over-charged a single penny. 


Playing Cards

The playing cards will increase in price on the pre-order page. 


The reason for this is that some technicalities and prices weren't very clear with LPCC until the other day, and pretty much - to make a long story short - I'm not making any profit on the Playing Cards pledged for during the campaign (I'm actually at loss on 10 packs of cards). I will barely be breaking even on them. 


It's totally fine, this was an awesome learning experience, and to me, it's way more important to deliver what I promised and stay true to my word than it is to make a buck. Luckily, the rest of the pledges on other items help make up for it. I'm sharing this because I just wanted to be transparent and explain the price increase moving forward. 


It does turn out you cannot gild full foil holographic cards, so all the holographic elements will be done with a cold foil (which was the initial plan) so that the cards are still able to be gilded - otherwise they will remain exactly what I promised! I apologize for the minor change again, this was a technicality that could not be worked around. 


Decks with NO COLOUR will be available as a stretch goal via the BackerKit pre-order page. They will ONLY go into production if we have 300 or more "sold", and much like Kickstarter, you will only be charged for those decks if we make it to 300 units and go into production.

The YOUniverse Card

I have finalized the design for the bonus card we unlocked last minute at the end of the campaign. I thought I would share the design with everyone now. This card will be added to both, the standard tarot deck and the pocket deck. I have also added it's meaning to the guidebook.

Gold Edition Tarot

My manufacturers went ahead and did a test print of the Gold Edition and I thought I would share some of images they sent me here for you guys too so we can all get excited about these together!
